    After a few days with no loss I finally am down 1 pound. Yesterday I was questioning all this nonsense for a bit. But only because I was frustrated with a few days of no loss. Now I'm ok again. lol Just call me fickle. lol

      You will experience stalls..that is part of the weight loss process with the sleeve. You will be able to handle stalls better as time hoes on.

      dont judge results by the scale...it goes up and down all day long....real weight loss shows by clothes getting loose, sizes going down....its a day in and day out thing...keep on going.

      i have less pain, wish I could say "NO MORE"...but I have RA... but the loss has helped a LOT

    So tired, sleepy the past few days. I think maybe I overdid it on Saturday and am still recovering on Monday. I have not been able to get it in my mind that I can't be superwoman right now! lol

      I totally understand. I have been on clear liquid diet for the last 14 days. I start my purée food stage tomorrow. Soft scramble eggs will be my breakfast in the morning. I can"t wait!
