  1. Chicken picatta. I nearly licked the plate.
  2. I'm usually between 750-850. My goal is to keep it under 850, but I've had a couple 1000 cal days. My nut recommends 600-800, but I figure making my protein numbers trumps that.
  3. Add a probiotic as well. Bariatric Advantage makes a good quality one and it's not too expensive either.
  4. I have a work sweatshirt that I picked up thinking it would be a goal I can fit into in a couple months (I got it last week). I tried it today to see how far I have to go and it fit! The waist was a little tight because I am losing much faster on my upper body than lower body, but I can totally wear it. It's an XL, and I was an XXXL two months ago.
  5. I was on all protein and under 20 carbs a day for the two weeks before surgery and lost 17lbs. And I do not lose weight easily, even after surgery.
  6. Wendy's chili with cheese and onions. So good with onions. I don't know why but I crave those more than anything.
  7. Broke another mini stall, w00t w00t! Hw: 406 Sw: 376 Cw: 344
  8. Taking advantage of the glasses.com in home try on, I took a bunch of pics to compare. Holy moly is my face changing! And getting younger, too! I'll be 18 again in no time lol.
  9. If my scale isn't lying, I think I just broke another mini stall of a week or so. Hw: 406 Sw: 376 Cw: 344 8/26/13
  10. The 2nd day after surgery. I had been able to sleep a few hours that night without all the beeping of the machines (still in the hospital but out of the ICU). So I hadn't pressed my pain meds button while I was sleeping. When I woke up I was in so much pain I couldn't move. I had to press the button every 10 minutes for the next hour to get the pain down enough to get up and go use the bathroom.
  11. Curious, were a lot of you recommended to stay away from caffeine and was a reason given as to why? My surgeon's team was fine with it, so I'm curious what others were told differently.
  12. I tried and failed at eating some leftover potroast. My pouch said NOPE. Then it said nope a couple more times for good measure.
  13. Hw: 406 Sw: 376 Cw: 346 Surgery: 8/26/13 I seem to be a slow loser so far, with a couple of stalls, but maybe my body needs more time to heal. Each time I have pushed myself farther physically (running around taking care of a friend and her kids, walking 3+ miles), I have had an incision open a little and have a little drainage. So I guess I'm still healing.
  14. Finally felt well enough to walk and do more today after surgery healing followed by cold/flu. I burned more calories than I ate for sure. May the scale get back on the move!
  15. Hot and spice szechwan chicken. Not nearly spicy enough. I feel like having this pouch is going to make me more of a chile-head.
  16. I've only had one other day like that, too. But honestly MFP helped me do exactly the right thing which was see where I could have made better choices and recommit. I can't tell myself I don't need to food log anymore, that's for sure!
  17. Started myfitnesspal today and was shocked I ate 950 calories lol. Oh how life has changed.
  18. I've been craving oxtails since before surgery! Yum! Slow cooker pot roast tonight. The slow cooker makes me feel like I didn't just spend two hours of work on something I can only eat 4 bites of.
  19. I take a probiotic and a stool softener tablet every day. Could not stand the constipation.
  20. If you're not lactose intollerant, go for a skinny vanilla or other sugar free flavor latte. If you are lactose intollerent, make it soy. :-)
  21. Hahaha I have heard others with similar tales from Dayquil.
