  1. I eat two Protein Bars per day. Why? Because I do not like to cook and I like knowing portion sizes and calories in advance. I won't cook anything unless it can go in the microwave. I know that it is better to eat "real food" and I do so occasionally but life is too busy. But I am trying to eat more canned goods and frozen vegetables (convenient) and I am trying to learn how to cook more "real" food in a microwave.

    Another advantage I Protein bars: no clean up

    You need a Pampered Chef covered baker! You can cook a whole chicken in the microwave in 30 mins. Pork tenderloin in 20 mins. You can make meatloaf, cake, Pasta etc...
