I'm excited too. I skipped the 9 month apt so they haven't seen me in six months, and I am anticipating a really good appointment!

I am at 132 - 133 depending on the day. Not stressing about it either. I am very proud after all I have accomplished! Still, that I could lose 198 pounds and not be able to lose two is frustrating. I meet with my team on Thursday, and am also anxious for their input. We will have to compare notes about suggestions. I was disappointed to learn that the NUT that I had been working with had left the clinic, so I will be seeing someone new. I am not terribly confident that this new NUT will have much experience with WLS nutrition. We will see....

Just curious... for those of you journaling your food, how many sugar grams are you eating daily? I am averaging about 30 to 35 a day and was wondering if that is high or normal? My Protein, carb, fat ratio looks great but I wasn't sure what to think about the sugar.

I didn't realize you were also a June 12th surgery! Congrats to you too!! You have been like my twin during this journey, and I have drawn so much encouragement, peace of mind, and inspiration from you. Do you have plans to Celebrate the day? RJ is correct (as usual!). It is time to stop being on the WLS journey and to start living our lives in the gift of these new, healthy,bodies. I wish you all the best! Mark this day with something special, YOU DESERVE IT!!
I am a bit behind all of you. I won't reach my surgaversary until June 25th, so I have a couple more weeks. I am hoping to be under 130 by then, was 133 this morning, so it is possible. I am so thrilled with the new me, that it won't matter if I don't get there. It would be nice for my BMI to hit 'normal' though.

Thanks to all of my wonderful and supportive friends out there without you this past year would have been completly different. i credit your support with my sucess in the past and for my future. love you all.
And i know they wont see this but i want to thank all of my non bari pal- Family and friends and co workers for being so supportive and encouraging. I am truley blessed

Man boobs getting smaller soon to be gone .....sorry for all of your loss's but im very happy to see mine go.

honestly i averaage 2 gallons a day. this has helped me with kicking the soda habit. good luck sorry to hear about the gout.

heck yeah my breasts are long now which is hard to buy an accurate size bra and my back/side far is soft which spills over in on the sides of my bra so right now I wear 38 g/DDD but prob could go down to 36DD but not a good looking DD cause the volume is in the bottom part of my breasts and not on the chest of u get my drift lol. I could use a lift and a tuck.

Upsate PA. a little town in the Poconos called Mountain Top. Relax and shed some technology. going to an old school amusement park. going to ride roller coasters (2 wooden 1 metal) all day until i puke :-) since i fit in them now looking forward to an excellent adventure.....
