I actually start the day with fluids. I have 1/2 a Protein Shake and a bottle of Propel. I don't actually eat my Breakfast, which is usually Greek Yogurt, until mid-morning. Then 30 minutes after I finish the yogurt, I begin drinking Water. My day also ends with fluids, I finish the Protein shake, and drink more water. I also find that working out helps because it makes you thirsty. By the way, I use Premiere Protein shakes. They have 30 grams of protein and are sold only at Cosco and Sam's Club.
