  1. So I started my liquid diet today.

Never had a Protein Shake before in my life. Now mind you I just had mine with Water and shook it up. I nearly threw up trying to get 8 oz down. Needless to say I am def going to be adding in fruit and ice from now on. But I'm stuck at work all day and can't do anything but the bad shakes lol help!

I dont know if this will help but have u heard of advocare products I drink spark for some added natural energy and I add that to my vanilla Protein shake at lunch and its delicious

  2. So I've been comparing this process to waiting in line to try a new roller coaster. I have been in line for so long and now I can see everyone get on. I'm getting nervous and excited. Also uncertain if I will like this ride or if I can handle it. The liquid diet is starting today. I'm finally getting in my seat. I'm preparing for impact.

It's crazy it's finally here! I kept thinking the surgery was so far away and it's funny how it just creeps up on you.

This whole comparing to roller coasters is just making me more excited for when I can actually fit on one. Lol

Love the medifore and funny thing is riding a roller coaster is on my biucket list of things I want to do when I lose all the weight!!! Good luck on ur journey god bless

  4. So I'm one month post and I've primarily been wearing dresses. I generally wear dresses all summer long. I bought a couple cute tank dresses to wear with cute sandals and bags. Having straps allow me to wear a regular bra. Well today I decided to try a strapless tube dress. I pulled out my old strapless bra in size 44d. What a mess! I was swimming in the thing. So I tried on my new one (size 44c) that I purchased about 2 months ago in anticipation of losing some volume in my boobs. I figured that it might get me through the summer. It didn't. Since I hadn't worn it or removed the tags I exchanged it for get this... a 44b. I've never been obsessed with my boobs or their size but I am obsessed with pretty with great support. At this rate I may resort to stuffing my bras to avoid having to buy new ones every month. Any suggestions?

lol I a only a 38c I told my hubby i will need a boob job after all weight is gone!!!
