I feel like a pin cushion compared to y'all! I had bloodwork my 1st appointment for the 1 week follow up... was told my iron was low and vit D... and my gp had blood work done to check my thyroid and something else... and I go back on Oct. 3rd for my 3 month visit and they will recheck my blood work at the surgeons office and then at the end of October my GP has me down for more bloodwork to do my 6 month follow up

We will be walking but I'm really looking forward to it. Now we need to come up with a clever name for our team.

We have tricare as well. Hubby retired after 20 years in the Army. But we have standard because we don't live anywhere close to a base. Curious to know if the pics have to be taken by the doctor or if you can self document? I've been taking some as they go because I don't want to have to go to the doctor every time I have a rash

same here... hate my iron pill

I'm having a hard time eating. I dumped today and it was after eating something I normally eat. I'm hoping that it has to do with the emotional anguish our school community is experiencing. 2 weeks till the start of school and we lost one of our juniors in a car accident over the weekend. We are a very small school less than 250 students pre-k through 12th so his absence will be felt by all. I'm going to miss his mischievous grin.

I took a shorter than usual walk today... 2.3 miles... I didn't feel like I had the energy to make the hills today.

I had a hamburger patty... set well, but i'm not supposed to be eating it yet... I just couldn't face more turkey or chicken or fish....

I have to share a funny... Saturday I was getting ready to go to a retirement part. I put on a dress that I have NEVER worn. I bought it over a year ago on clearance and it ended up being too tight. So I'm dressed and ready to go and my 20 year old son says gee mom... what happened to your boobs? they are gone. My husband laughed and said yeah I noticed that too but wasn't going to say anything.... at least they noticed a difference

how exciting! I'm 29 lbs away from joining ONEderland myself! it's within sight!

So when does everyone go back to school? I'm in Upstate New York, so we go back September 3rd with kids starting September 4th

that is when our 9-12th graders will be having lunch as well! I think teachers are going to have to allow for some snacking in the afternoon. I know I'll be snacking! I think I'll be starting my day off with a light meal so I can have my lunch at 10:50! then I can snack a few hours later if needed! I've been working this week on getting 6 brand new laptop carts set up. I think we now have 9 carts! that's pretty exciting! However, I am dreading that my computer lab will now be laptops, I'd rather have desktops.

I'm out of the 30's! 29 lbs till ONEderland! I don't remember the last time I was this weight!

Congrats! I went in to work on laptop carts this morning and was shocked that I wasn't out of breath running up the stairs about 6 times today! btw I love your new pic!

I just cleaned out the ones that are hanging off my shoulders i still have some that I'm hoping will be too big within the next month. I just need to make sure I have some that will fit once school starts.

I cleaned out my closet today too... got rid of basically all my work pants.. a few still fit in the waist, but when it came to the butt and the legs, way too big! One more month till school starts...

You think your lunch is early... oy! Mine is at 10:50 this year! How crazy is that?
