I.went to get labs today & i KNOW for a fact that imma get in trouble i live off of Water & have a HORRIBLE time and memory of takin my meds i.try to eat but i just cant get myself to eat it literally makes me more nauses

I.went to my dr and he said it looked like a heat rash, & since i walk a lot & sweat a lot it gets worae cause it clogs my pores any at home remediess.

I need to change.all of mine to chewables, but as of today I'm 3 weeks (: i.doo remember it scares me that i can be totally fine on living om Water but I've fainted like 3 times already and its cuz i have nooo food in.me

I really want to eat but I'm DEATHLY afraid of stretching my pouch

I know i should be eating more, But everything i eat feels sooo HEAVY on my pouch like i.cnt even stomach my Vitamins

Its hard for me to.throw up too but i will hover over the sink till i throw up i can't stand the tightness of my pouch

Yeahh i can eat eggs, but i can't even.stomach the little food i eat let alone 4 oz of protien

Its sooo hard for me to eat but i try to eat baked chicken or some shrimp mt doctor suggested i stay off of Beans till I'm 2 months post up. I mainly stick to my Water i sometimes also eat baby food, or baby cereals too

I'm getting like this rash all over my face, they look like little pimples but they are like mature.yet, they are mostly concentrated around my chin.and my mouth, any suggestions?

I totally ate a pita chip right now. And i feeeel horrible my pouch automatically threw it back up. Serves me right for wanting to cheat!!!! #BadCarmen

I'm almost 2weeks post op & I'm supposed to be on a purree / soft food diet but i literally have to force myself to eat, its horrible. I could drink Water alll day and not eat anything and be fine with it. One thing that does concern me is that all i crave / want are limes and hotsause. Any suggestions?

How much Water is a lot, i find myself constantly sipping , can i over stretch my pouch I'm verry.verry afraid of stretching it.
