First day home from surgery. I'm excited to sleep in my own bed tonight!

Had a nice 1hr walk this evening. It was nice to get outside and get those endorphins going.

Hoping tonight will be a quiet one. Get the kids to bed and then enjoy some silence.

I don't think I'm able to tolerate lactose yet. Just tried a Carnation Instant Breakfast and skim milk. Oy the gas!

I woke up this morning with tons of energy and feeling fabulous. Then my gallstone pills that I was worried about taking got stuck in my pouch. My day has gone downhill from there.

I'm finally up and out of bed, out of the shower. I feel so much better today. I'm more mobile every day. Able to sit up easier without my stomach muscles screaming.

In a much better mood now! Check out my blog, I got fruit punch flavored protein!

Just graduated to the soft food diet. Halibut dinner here I come!
