  5. I drove a week post op. I didn't really get too worn out. Never felt the need to nap after surgery. I would make myself rest though. I travelled to the beach 3 hours from home a week post op. Doc told me to stop once an hour and walk since you're at a risk for clots. Went back to work 10 days post op. I had weight restrictions and couldn't lift anything over 25lbs for 6 weeks. But house cleaning started when I got home from the hospital, just no laundry without hubby carrying the dirty clothes into the laundry room. Sex about two weeks post op. 16. I had Lean Cuisine Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes. Ate almost the whole thing, tasted so good, now overly full. I see that earlier someone said that they are eating between 200-300 calories per meal. Most of mine are under 200. I'm only getting in like 500-600 calories a day. Anyone else? 18. I work 7:30a-4p. I usually have some coffee first thing in the am, eat a protein bar on my drive into work, at around 9:30 I have a Greek yogurt, lunch usually consisted of a roll up (turkey or ham with a wedge of laughing cow cheese spread over it, roll it up and cut in pinwheels) or some egg or tuna salad and a couple wheat thins, driving home I have a cheese stick or a protein shake, then dinner around 7. It wasn't hard at all to go back to work, in fact I went back when I was still on liquids. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
