  9. I played in my first soccer game since high school last night. It's a co- ed league and we were short on girls so I had to play the whole game. That is 90 minutes of running around. I never would have been able to do that 70lbs ago. I will say that I can barely move today, but last night was awesome! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  10. My NUT told me last week that at 3 months out I needed to be between 1000-1200 calories. I usually get right at 1000 daily. Do not beat yourself up! It might even work in your weight favor and freak your body out and you'll lose more. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  11. My doctors office called today and had to move up my 3 month appointment originally scheduled for next week to tomorrow. I desperately wanted to be in onderland by this date. Today I weighed in at 205. UGH!!!!!! I'm so peeved! I hope my doc is happy with my loss. 271 at the end of May to 205ish, not too shabby. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  15. Get out of the house!!! Fresh air can fix lots of things! Try to get your important things in like Vitamins. He'll some days I don't get in all my liquids! Try. It gets easier, promise. My vitamins still stick sometimes but that's life. The new life I was give since my surgery. Sure some days are tough, but I wouldn't change anything. Good luck. We are here to support each other.   19. I stalled about 8 weeks out for 2.5 weeks. My doc said its your body getting used to the weight loss. Plus I do weights at the gym and its slower to come off the scale with that too. Keep it up and it will come off!!!! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
