im down 102 since july 2013 now needing plastics i live 25mins from Nashvill any suggestions?

its monday & been a long day..

tpmprrows my 1yr surgiversary i have gone from 248lbs to 148lbs,its been bitter sweet,but im much happier now & have not been this small in 34yrs from a size 22 to 6/8 & the best is yet to come for this country girl...

its so hot here @ 96 degrees today its hard to eat anything but getting plenty of fluids.

Gallbladder surgery Wednesday 6months to the day of bypass, grrr

now it's time for gallbladder to come out 6months post op,anyone know the recovery time? hopefully gallbladder dosent burst before surgery cause it has done serious harm to ppl in the past..

im @ 200lbs today im on a mission..

ive been out of the loop for the past ten days traveling /visiting family,now time to hit the fitness room after being 5wks post op im feeling able to workout finally.

tomorrow is my 1 month follow-up & im down 24lbs,not where i wanted to be. 30 would have been great!!

everything i eat in past 2days upsets my stomach,ughhh

feeling BLAH the past 2 days,not wanting to do anything & dont know why??

my surgery was monday .all went well home tuesday.doing good so fardown 10lbs starting my walking later today maybe a walk around subdivision for 30mins.

surgery on monday, long overdue for a new lease on life

1 more week then im in surgery on 22nd of july so excited.

i got a date finally!! july 22nd @ 11:30 am, im so ready for this new journey i been preparing since 1st appt...

still waiting on that phone call its been 7days today since last visit, grrr.

has anyone had any problems getting approved with AETNA insurance ?
