  2. tpmprrows my 1yr surgiversary i have gone from 248lbs to 148lbs,its been bitter sweet,but im much happier now & have not been this small in 34yrs from a size 22 to 6/8 & the best is yet to come for this country girl...

    We kaka ked & canoes for 9 hrs july 5th & go every chance we get.

    Newbie here! RNY July 22nd

    My surgery was RNY July 22nd, 2013 & my 1 yr post op visit is tomorrow hoping I get great news. You will do fine so as I'm nearing 1 yr, you shall begin &wishing you the success I've had & continue on my life changing journey. As you will be fine just walk taking baby steps to begin &follow your Dr's instructions. .GOOD LUCK.

  15. I did exactly same symptoms & had a gallbladder ultrasound & it had to go 6 months after my by pass surgery.

    2 years of weight requirements

    My Aetna also had 3 month waiting period & 2yr pcp/diet des letter w/dates of each month I was there plus letter from PvP giving his reasons I needed the surgery & 1st letter approval from insurance company,then surgery 3 weeks later. Best decision ever.

    Newbie here! RNY July 22nd

    I had my run July 22,2013 almost a yr out . No regrets at all, milk is out I'm lactose intolerance very bad, only problem I had was six months post op gall bladder had to go . It was bad before surgery but weight loss made it go quicker... good luck y'all on up coming surgery.
  22. its so hot here @ 96 degrees today its hard to eat anything but getting plenty of fluids.

      yes always get protein I use diet v8 splash w/1 scoop of anilla powder its 22grams of protein. thanks for asking

  23. everyone hang in there it gets better I promise,cold stuff will hurt the chest area so dnk slowly & at room temperature & avoid extreme heat outside the first few wks
  24. My gallbladder went out shortly after surgery 6 months to the day it was removed recovery was 2wks
