I used pain meds 1time .I used ice packs in place of meds it really worked,best $7 I ever spent on 6flexible packs. -
my surgery was monday .all went well home tuesday.doing good so fardown 10lbs starting my walking later today maybe a walk around subdivision for 30mins.

I had surgery on Monday and feeling a lot better today on day 4, we will all be stronger in a month for sure. -

I had surgery on Monday &feel great just a lol sore but ice packs help on the stomach I bought 6&asked for ice pack @hospital &refill . It &refreeze it .only one dose of pain meds &that was today around noon.I went 26hrs without . Pain meds.

Always go back from beginning of plan if you get off track

Try using frozen ice pack or bag of frozen vegetables to soothe that pains its been working for me
