    I have a cape cod bracelet that I always wear and I put my fingers between it and my wrist. Or push it up my arm until it gets stuck. That's how I measure. Lol.

    I just bought a two quart slow cooker. It so little but its fine because its just me. Anyone have any good recipes that I can cook in it?

    Just had the BEST applewood smoked pork loin for breakfast at Hamilton orchard in new Salem, ma. Tried to go apple picking but they're not letting people into the field. Totally worth the trip tho for the pork. Yum.

    Pulled pork. Came right back up. Now I'm trying a protein bar. I feel like I'm in reverse. Lately I've been only able to tolerate softer foods.

    Thanks for the input everyone. Lately I've been feeling to nauseous to eat at all which is a whole different story but it looks like I'm going to have to up my intake.

    Ok, I feel like I'm being way to strict with my diet. I read on here all the yummy food people are having and I really tend to eat the same things. I avoid carbs like the plague (about 30grams or less a day) and about 60-70grams of protein. But in order to reach protein goal I have to drink two shakes. MFP is set to 500 cals 11grams of fat, 38 carbs 10 sugars and 63 protein. Lately I have been finding I've been going over my fat and sugars which makes me nervous. But I couldn't imagine eating some of the things I'm seeing on here and sticking with my mfp values. Do I change my diet and mfp? What are everyone else's values set at on mfp?

    Advantedge. They have better stats. I only like the chocolate tho. The strawberry and vanilla both have a fake taste to them that's gross to me.

    Anyone have an issue with waiting too long to eat and when you do you end up really nauseous? Kinda happening right now. Had breakfast at 7 on the way to work and just got on my lunch break. I'm having chicken salad which has never given me an issue before but I'm super nauseous for some reason.

    Ugh. I went a little overboard last night. I went to my cousins wedding. I didn't eat alot and I didn't have ANY cake but I did have about 3 small glasses of wine and a few puffs on a cigar. I just feel yucky. I think it was the cigar more then the wine. Never doing that again.

    I can't wait to get my hair done. I haven't been able to find a decent hairdresser in my area in about 10 years. My sister in law is also on the hunt for one in Boston so I think once she finds one there I'll take the trip up to see hers. I've decided to bob my hair for the fall/winter. And it'll help if I start to lose it. Can't wait!!!

    So I tried the other detour protein bar that came in the box. Peanut butter cream. Tastes just like a Reese's. These are definitely my favorite bars.

    No issues with b12. The only thing that makes me really nauseous is if I take my calcium on an empty stomach. Ugh. That's the worst.

    Just tried a low sugar detour chocolate chip caramel bar. O.M.G. It is so good. Doesn't even taste like a protein bar. And I'm not a huge fan of protein bars. Found them at bjs. Yum.
