    I have these before. I wouldn't do it. Too much fat/carbs. Not good. Try making your own. Then you can control what's going in it.

    The dress I had altered about 6 weeks ago (and had six inches taken off) is too big. I'm waiting til I hit my goal to have it altered again.

    186 this morning. Only a pound this week but a total of 90lbs gone!! Woot, woot!! I have my period this week so not as much loss as I'd like but I'll still take it.

    Breyers makes carb smart and no sugar added. 4 grams of sugar 4 grams sugar alcohol and 13 carbs.

    I eat low carb ice cream and no sugar added ice cream. I only have two spoon fulls tho. It has 4 grams of sugar and 13 carbs and I think a gram of fiber. And I only have it as a special treat. I still don't have over 30 grams of carbs a day. Most docs allow sugar free pudding so what's the difference.

    June Post Ops!

    I've been floating between 189 and 187 for the past two weeks. It's driving me nuts. I've upped my protein and exercise but nothing has helped. I might try couch 2 5k tomorrow and see if that helps.

    I'm the same but it depends on what kind of food it is. Grilled chicken I can have about 4 oz but with the frozen turkey meatballs I eat I can only have 2 oz. I can eat a whole yogurt but finishing a protein shake sometimes is hard. I guess I'm all over the place. Lol. No more then about 4 oz tho.

    Ugh I need some new bras. When I've lost weight in the past my boobs never shrunk. That sure did change!! I want to buy one of those bras from Victoria's Secret that make you look like your two sizes bigger. I miss my girls. Lol.

    Personally I would say nay. My nut doesn't suggest it because it very fibrous and can get stuck on your staples. Check with the nut

    Tofu noodles with parmesan cheese

    Were they any good. I'm dying to make like pad Thai or something but I don't want to use rice noodles. Their carbs are almost as high as regular pasta.

    Holidays are coming...

    I've been craving my caramel popcorn recipe. I usually only make it during the holidays but I make a TON of it. I know that I'm not hungry for it at all an its all in my head but it's gonna be hard not to taste it. I do crave things but I don't cheat. I just wish I could ignore food like you do. I'm not hungry for it but it looks/smells delicious and triggers something in my mind. Example, the other day everyone at work ordered pizza. As soon as I smelt it my mouth started watering and my stomach felt so empty. I ran and got my yogurt so I would have something to eat while everyone else enjoyed their pizza. I want that to stop but unfortunately it's nothing I can control. It's my brains response.
