  1. My wife and I both have one and love it. Easy tracking of sleep and walking. Food tracker is good and alerts to get your ass moving if there is too much inactivity. The only cost is upfront usually 130 but I work somewhere that sells them so I got 35% off
  2. Surgery was friday morning and was out on monday morning. I would have been out on sunday but my intestines were swollen so I couldnt poop lol. Very common but once I started going I was able to start drinking water and popsicle. Walk walk walk! I got up the night of surgery and walked the halls for a while. Everybody there was great. The only annoyance was the people with the sleep apnea machine..I didnt want to wear it cause it sucked bad lol...if you have any specific questions feel free to ask
  3. I had my surgery at the downtown campus on April 5th with Dr. Rogula. I hate hospitals and doctors lol but everyone there were so professional and kind that it was a wonderful experience for sure. My doc also did the surgery with the Davinci robot which gave me much faster healing time. I would be more then happy to answer any questions for you. They were great!

  7. I had one of the worst cases the doc had ever seen and my wife told me I stopped snoring after about 3 weeks post op....returned machine not long after. Thank god cause I hated that thing lol
  8. No I am not but I used it before
  9. Hello everyone!! I am 6 weeks out from surgery and 37 years old and as of yesterday I was diagnosed with gout in my big toe. Completely derailed my walking and exercise at this point as I can barely walk and can't put on a shoe. Has anyone else dealt with this or have any home remedies. It was very hard for them to deal with it because my body won't absorb normal medications. They gave me a dose of something that is supposed to take anywhere from 2 days to a week. It feels better today but so swollen I can't bend it at all.
  10. Hi folks...had my surgery April 5th and feeling good. My surgeon used the DaVinci robot to do the surgery and they said that's a big reason I am doing so well. Anybody else have theirs done with robot? Just wanting to see how you did.

  12. So went for a visit today. While the young lady was nice there was nobody to give a tour or tell me about anything other then the packages I could sign up for. Place was real busy but seemed to still have a lot of machines open. I will probably still join but I wish there was some way to get more info. Maybe I will try back at a less busy time
  13. I am going for a visit tomorrow but was looking for faster info lol. Thanks for the reply.
  14. Anybody belong to PF and know weight limits on machines? I started my journey at 541 in January and had surgery April 5th and down a total of 91 pounds; 40 since surgery. I would love to do more then walk but everything seems to top out at 350. Just looking for recommendations or advise. Thanks
