Anyone use jawbone's up?

Want to order one for me. Just want to know what you think of it and if it works nice and worth the costs involved?

I love that it has that sleep cycle thing in it too that wakes you up at the right moment to feel refreshed

My wife and I both have one and love it. Easy tracking of sleep and walking. Food tracker is good and alerts to get your ass moving if there is too much inactivity. The only cost is upfront usually 130 but I work somewhere that sells them so I got 35% off

I have it and love it. It tracks sleep and activity. It's syncs directly to my fitness pal. You can add friends as teamates to encourage you move more. You can set goals such as a goal to walk 10,000 steps a day, it will let you know know how close you came to reaching that goal.
