  2. Today, so far: B: Oatmeal packet L: Salad, bowl of chili with sour cream and cheddar cheese/ 2 small corn muffins crumbled in Probably have a small salad for dinner, not sure yet.

    I am here. It has been so rainy and blah. My school just finished up standardized testing last week and it was a killer. I am ready for spring break coming up the first week of April. I am also contemplating joining Tony's again, and actually going and exercising this time! Thelast time I joined I went for about 3 months and then that was it. I really feel like that is a big part of it for me. Oh well, enough yakking. Talk to you later.
  4. 8 oz greek yogurt with strawberries and splenda (that was soooooooo good) for lunch I had a SB Diet SW chicken wrap with whole wheat tortillas. Was delish! for dinner I am going to stir fry chicken and chinese veggies -- yum yum. I am hoping to keep my snacking to a minimum today...that is my downfall. Will drink lots of water to battle that demon.

    Hey Georgia Girl, If I even get a whiff of something sweet, I'm craving like a mad woman! I will go low carb beginning right now! It really is the best way for me to lose. About how many carbs do you have per day right now? Do you follow Atkins or just do your own low carb plan? BTW - saw you on Dr. B's commercial...you did a great job!!! Congrats. Dana

  8. I just had 1/4 cc. taken out and hope I am able to eat better. Being too tight is actually worse than not tight enough. I ate too much bad food, just because it went down. Today is a new day! b - cookies and cream protein bar l - 1 c. chili with 8 saltines d - will be stir fried veggies and some chicken. i will snack on sf yogurt and/or almonds if i get hungry

    Hi all. I am going in today for an unfill. I am so miserable! I barf all the time, get the hiccups constantly, and am not losing because im eating all the wrong things due to not being able to to keep good stuff down. Please pray things will get better. Thanks, Dana

    My surgery was in 2007 and we used the medical deduction - I was self pay. You do not need to turn in receipts, just on the forms, you break down payment to hospital, doctors, and labs. Always keep your receipts just in case you may need them.

    The next meeting is Jan. 10th? I will be there. I havent gotten anything in the mail yet. Also, I would love to get the newsletter. I am struggling with losing at this point. I initially lost 50 pounds very quickly, and am just struggling to maintain that. I want to lose another 50 - 60! I have decided to stop eating around the band and actually do what needs to be done. No more screwing around. Yes, I need some accountability too. Dana
  16. I may be a little late, just seeing this today. I am going to detox beginning NOW. My hubby and i have a cruise on Jan. 25th and I want to be my best. I want to be hydrated and NOT BLOATED like I feel now. I am going to do liquids for a couple of days and then do the pouch test. Thanks for the link, I had never heard of it! Good luck

    Medifast, Optifast Questions

    I am 14 months out and pretty much at a standstill. We are going on a cruise next month and before the cruise, will do 4 weeks of New Lifestyle diet to kick start my loss again. I will let you know how tha tgoes. New LIfestyle is the whey Protein alternative to Medifast

  22. I made a burger patty today and added cheese and bacon on top. I hadn't eaten anything since my one meal yesterday and was so ready for a yuumy lunch. I ate about 3 oz. and then it got stuck...how depressing.
  23. Wow Dan, that's a lot of fluid in your band. I am up to 10.5cc's and have good restriction. HOpe all is well.

    Hello all. I would love to join this thread. I have been banded since Oct. 11 oflast year. I am down 50 pounds but have been at this weight since around the beginning of this year. I have simply maintained, which is good, as I have always gained back what I lost by now. I have committed to going low carb now to get the weight loss going again. I have done well today, does everyone post their menu? So far today: B: coffee with SF creamer Atkins shake L: Chef's salad Snack: Atkins bar For Dinner I plan on eating a burger patty with melted cheese on it. I usually eat about 4 oz. and with my level of restriction, it takes a good amount of time to eat. How about everyone else?
