  4. I have so much anxiety! It's awful. My alarm is set to 515... And I doubt I will sleep at all... Is it silly to feel so frightened when I am the one who chose to do this? And knowing its going to make me better???

I just looked at my full pasty belly in the mirror and said "tomorrow' date=' I end you" and then I picked out funeral songs... Lol totally whacked right now!!! I hate being scared. :-/[/quote']

    Good luck god bless

  5. My doctor referred me to Gastric Bypass op' date=' I went today to the info meeting, and I'm completing the rest of the steps shortly, I am excited but scare, I have mix feelings about these whole thing. I know is going to be hard but, am I going to make it? I am starting a test run on my own to do a week of liquid diet on my own, see how it goes I know it will be completely different once I have my op, but I just want to give it a shot.

You will do great, I havn't had my surgery yet not till october but these people on here are the greatest people in the world, always helpful and encouraging and never slight you or make fun rememberwe are all in the same boat and no one understands what obese people can feel unless you walked a mile in my shoes and we all done that been there god bless in your new journey and remember we all have your back

  6. I was just the opposite of you I had RNY then 10 wks after that I had a major GB attack and had it removed. It all depends on the surgeon' date=' "dirty" surgery means that if they are near a part of your body that they can nick a bowel that is not good or they don't want to chance it. Its better to be safe than sorry.[/quote']

Thanks BB, I,m just being a big baby, thought I could kill two birds with one stone, guess I just have to suck it up !!!

  7. I saw someone who made a pizza crust out of cheese.

It was shredded cheese that they flattened in to a circle

I believe that they baked it on parchment paper till it was crispy then added toppings

Try this one I made it last night

    Spray dish with pam

8 oz fat free cream cheese

    2 eggs

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1/4 cup parm cheese

Combine all in a 9x13 baking dish and bake in preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 min until brown. Remove from oven and cool

Top with fat free mozzeralla, sugar free tomatoe sauce, mushrooms or any veggies, bake in oven another 8 to 10 min until cheese melts and enjoy !!!

  8. Thanks so much I need that my doctor put me in because he said I was unable to take care of myself when I was in pain I really felt like giving up

Never quit !!! The hard part is over, now just concentrate on recovery..... god bless
