Please accept my deepest respect to those that had to do the pre-op liquid diets.....I only had to do today and I am having issues. I had the ICV filter put in today and it was no joke....I am sore and it was scary......tomorrow is the big day....I am scared out of my mind. I am a prayerful woman and will continue to be so. See you on the other side ladies......

Just breathe and keep moving forward. I was also was feeling like this a couple weeks ago. I was worried about work, the kids, the laundry, the surgery...so on and so on. I think i was just so overwhelmed. Take one day at a time. Write yourself a note (I emailed myself)about why you wanted to have surgery in the first place and the things you look forward to doing or being. When you are struggling or having self doubt read it and hopefully it will help you keep the goal in mind. You can do it.

I can't believe surgery is three weeks away!!! Hey, my surgery buddy - candace0822, are you getting nervous? I know I am. But at the same time, just want to start this journey. Seeing all these post op pics is making me get anxious to get this show on the road.

I ride a motorcycle and for once I want to enjoy my ride without feeling like people are talking about me

I want to fly in a plane without worrying about taking up two seats. And also play with my son for longer then an hour. @

The biggest thing I'm looking forward to is wearing really cute clothes.
