Hi Greg sleeping on my back was the worse. It took 4 wks to sleep on my belly , & I would wake up feeling sore, I also had my gallbladder removed at the time of my surgery. 3 months later I've lost 93 lbs I started in April @397 & last wk I was at 304

I have an appt. tomorrow w/the nut. & rn I'm going to mention it again.

Ty so much to all of u for replying. Guess I'm the only one who has to crush pills. It really helps to talk to others who r on the same journey.

Can anyone plz respond I have been told by my doctors nurse I must crush my pills forever so they will be properly absorbed. This is hard to do so I don't always take my meds. The taste is horrible . A friend who had gastric bypass b4 me said her doctor said only crush for 1st month to let pouch heal then u can take them normally? What do all u think?

I was the same way , vomitting, diarrhea feeling lousy & depressed now at 2 months out its finally getting better. Still have some tough days but learning to deal with it. I've lost 81 lbs so far so it's worth it in the end. ????

I was 395 & very embarrassed to admit it even now I'm at 320 now had rny on July 9th lost about 40 to 45 lbs prior to surgery & have a long way to go but saggy boobs & skin is a biggy but the way I look at it is saggy skin weighs less than fat right? So oh well I will take it clothes covers it all up ????????????

Omg ladies I thought I was just a screw up but this kind of thing happens often I guess & not only to me. Thank God for this app where we can read & write to each other. Ty I feel so much better.
