Now: I'm down 42 lbs. The purple shirt fit at 7months Preggo but not after I had him. Now it's almost to big. It feels so good. And the pants I was wearing in the before' date=' are now to big! I win!!

From 320 on January 1st. to 260 this morning. Feeling pretty good. Some days are better than others. Walking 3 miles most days.

I get dumping from anything like that. It's the sweetener. My nut said to try the ones with stevia because that's more natural. I'd step away from those for a few weeks & try again. It sucks because I love that stuff. Hang in there you might like them eventually.

3 weeks and 1 day post op down 33 lbs. anyone else having issues with burping after you eat or drink ? Dr said its normal but it's annoying now so I'm hoping it gets better.

I am two weeks out and have the same problem and wonder if its normal too
