I still fix anything and everything! I have 3 teens and a husband at home and when I thought about it, if I quit cooking the stuff they liked I was more tempted to cheat. Since I still make their Desserts and foods they like I dont cheat or feel the need to.... smelling it is enough for me and I have even started to branch out and fix different recipes too!

I wish I would have found this group earlier! I had RNY on Dec 11 and I am enjoying getting a lot of info from here and hearing everyones story! I have had to have 2 stricture surgeries and am possibly awaiting a 3rd one! It is very frustrating for me. Thanks for sharing so much info!

I didnt think the pain was that bad! Just make sure you get up and move around. I had my pain pump taken my 1st day after surgery due to reactions and didnt take any other pain meds after that 1st day!

I had RNY on Dec 11th and in total I have lost 65lbs! But in the 3rd month I have only lost 10lbs. Is that normal or is there something more I could do to help move it along? I have already had 2 stricture procedures and possibly going in for a 3rd.

I am almost 4 months out from surgery and have only lost 10lbs in the 3rd month. 65lbs in total. Is it normal to slow down or is there something I can do to get back on track?
