Check the sugar content. If it's over... what? 15 Grams? Then you don't want to eat it. Try sugar free Popsicles. Healthy Choice has a frozen Greek yogurt that's good, too. It comes in 1/2 servings, but only three in a package.

Benedryl makes me drowsy enough to sleep. I was hospitalized years ago with some bizarre rare syndrome. I hadn't slept in days and they were afraid to medicate me because I could stop breathing. They gave me Benedryl, which just makes you drowsy enough to dose off. Afterwards Benedryl helped me get rest whenever I had trying times and couldn't sleep. -
I've been married 31 yes. Yes, to some extent this is most men. When we got married my mother-in-law had been cleaning his room and doing his laundry... I just took it over. After 31 years his dirty clothes still end up on the floor NEXT to the hamper. He's an auto tech so his pocket crap ends up on my kitchen counter - hose clamps, various tools, nuts and bolts, dirty greasy shop-rags, etc. :-p. When the kids were little and I was going to school nights I would make his dinner, then he would come in and I would go out. Guess how many nights I came home to him still waiting for me to serve his dinner to him?! I've learned to live with it. He doesn't drink, do drugs, go out with buddies, gamble, or cheat so if that's his only problem I can deal with it. It helps to keep my sense of humor. And I have to apologize in advance to whichever young girl ends up with my son... because despite my best efforts he is just like his dad! :-)

You're right, the Bob looks really cute on you! :-) -
It takes time to stop feeling like the 'fat girl'. If you're able do everything you mentioned you must not be that girl anymore! Those feelings will go away. Maybe that feeling you have of being watched IS real. MAYBE they ARE sneaking peeks at you... and wondering if they can keep up! :-)

Post-OP Sleeping

I thought it would hurt so I was afraid to try, until I woke up on my left side one morning. My first thought was "Oh crap! What have I done!" My second thought was "This doesn't hurt at all!" I was about a week out. :-) -
There is no 'normal' and you can't just your loss by anyone else's. There is no ruler that says at two weeks you lose this, at four weeks you lose this, etc. Everyone is unique. If you follow your doctor's instructions and do everything they say, it'll come off. Have you tried taking measurements to judge any changes?

After surgery I got prescriptions for Oxycodone (pain), one for nausea which I filled but never needed, doxicycline suspension (for my rosacea), and a script for liquid prevacid (which I didn't fill - I had chewables already that they said were okay). I already had synthroid that I could crush to take. I only used less than half of the pain meds. I'd like to get it out of my house but the drugstore won't take it back and our local drug disposal program won't take narcotics. The pharmacist actually took monwrap it in newspaper and stuff it in my trash. My daughter, a conservation biologist, freaked out at that. They don't want other people to get a hold of this stuff yet you don't have disposal options. Anyone know how I can responsibly get rid of it?

I'll ask about the milk of magnesia tomorrow morning. :-) The whole idea of any bowel trouble freaks me out...
