  1. Hi! My advice is to follow the plan. WLS is a tool to help us' date=' but we have to do work, too. I am 2 1/2 months post op and down 52 pounds. I exercise at least 4 days a week, most of the time more. Walking, jogging, hiking, basketball, and Zumba work for me. Also, hit those Protein targets. I try to get 80 to 90g of Protein a day. I start each morning with a protein shake, then eat lunch and dinner.. Mostly Proteins. The weight will come off! Good Luck!!

    Thanks so much for the advice snow. I'm a month post op and have lost 15lbs since surgery. My nutritionist said that because I couldn't eat at the beginning it slowed my weight loss :( I just can't seem to get the recommended levels in. Hopefully it changes as I can't wait to see results like everyone on here.
