  1. Hi all although every week I loose weight which is a plus I only loose 2-3lbs???? What happened to the honeymoon stage??? I thought during this stage we are to loose more than average. I'm only 10wks out total loss of 55lbs YAYYY!! Now for the past 3wks I only loose like 2-3 lbs ??? What am I doing wrong?? I take min 60g of Protein daily and go to the gym 3-4 times a week with 35min treadmill and 10min elliptical. HELP!!! I want to loose a good amount of weight by my birthday in JULY 8-0

    I was so happy to hear everything was fine. I was scared to death when u posted babies heart beat was on the low side I didn't know what to say. Whewww! Relief.

    I've been good thank god nausea got better. I'm slacking on my Vitamins though I have to work on that. I jus gag every time I take them not good :( I'm officially 9wks now back on the work flow and down 52lbs. I haven't been happier and hoping for more ;-)


  3. Don't take it. I had some of the strawberry ones actually drank almost all 16 ounces and it made me feel awful' date=' jittery, heart flutters, I was anxious/nervous. It has 120 mg caffeine and other stuff in it and it took from 1230-9pm to feel better. I am a nurse and thought I was going to have to go to the ER for some valium. I also couldn't fall asleep that night until after 2 am. I gave the box away. I was almost 11 weeks out and couldn't tolerate it.[/quote']

    Wow, well the funny thing is that nothing happened to me. I actually loved it and had no side effects. I will definitely put it off though.


  4. I think that is up too you. There is no WLS rule on last time of eating during the day. Everyone has different schedules so I think what works with you is the best way to do it. I work 12 hour shifts and often wait until I get home to eat supper so sometimes I don't eat til 8. In the summer we eat later. I tend to sleep in on my days off and don't eat my first meal til between 12-2. Some people need a little snack before they go to bed. I would just find something that works for you and your lifestyle. So the biggest thing is to make sure you eat something' date=' Protein first, take your Vitamins and drink your Water.[/quote']

  5. Hi all!! What time should be your last meal?? I have been trying to take bites every 2-3 hrs as I can't sit down and take much. I have been going to the gym and everyone tells me that once I come back I should eat something as I am not taking enough calories throughout the day. I try to just do fluids when i return. To all the experienced what do you all think???


  6. I didn't like these initially either. What I did was cut them into four. So I didn't have to try and chew that big Vitamin. Worked much better... My surgeon stated I could buy all my Vitamins at Walmart but strongly suggested Bariatric Advantage for Calcium. I have also noted a lot of people referring to taking gummy vitamins and according to my surgeon these are a no no...

    So with this said we are able to swallow the chewable vitamins? Because I can't stand the flavor and consistency. I take Flinstones chewables. Also the calcium pill are extremely large and it's painful to swallow can we cut those too? :)


  7. How are you doing? What stage are you at

    I'm on the soft food stage. I just don't understand I don't eat much either as it has been a struggle since surgery. Surgery date was 2/1/13 and have only lost 17lbs since, I also exercise 3-4 times a week 40-60 min. You don't know how bad I want to loose this weight. Any trick suggestion advice I would gladly take it as you have an excellent outcome CONGRATS again!
