  9. Omg I'm 6 weeks out. I haven't started lossing hair and I am going to start taking biotain pills bc my hair is finally growing back thicker before I had the surgery. When someone replies please let me know I am going to ask my doctor about this or any way of helping relief of it ,I use Clear Shampoo living4myself_gb1-21-13:

Yes my left side does , my doctors said it will go away give it some time I'm 6 weeks post op so he said another month or so it should go away hopefully bc I have always had issues with the numbness and legs falling asleep while sitting ,hope that helps ,get up ans stretch or walk seems to help me living4myself_gb1-21-13:
  12. You are doing awesome on losing weight 1 less pound is a small step towards a bigger goal that ultimately only you can determine or measure up to. Everyone loses weight at a different pace and the surgery is meant as a tool in general there is no right or wrong in how much you lose or how fast you lose. The basic guideline is to eat right, exercise, and forgot about weighing yourself so often because some people get discouraged. I'm 6 weeks out I had surgery 1-21-13 started at 368 almost 369 and down to 320 and the lady I had surgery the same day we both had lost 22 lbs within 5 days post op so just keep pushing remember the only loser in this journey is the weight not us .....
