I have to take Vitamin D' date=' Vitamin C, calcium, B12, Iron. Does anyone know which Vitamins need to be taken together?[/quote']

My doctor says space them out don't take any together ....

living4myself_gb1-21-13:

I take 2 Flintstones with iron am/pm. I take calcium with d added 3times a day ( chewable) 5000mcg biotin. 500 mg B12

I take them all seperate. I carry my calcium with me:)

In my program we are allowed to take b-12, b- complex and Multivitamin together then wait 2-3 hours and take calcium. So typicall i take morning med then calcium at lunch another MVI at supper and calcium again at bedtime. You should be able to take most of them together except for calcium and MVI.

With Calcium you should not take multivitamin or Iron as you wont get as good of absorption.

Ok. Yeah that's what I was worried about. Cause I've heard when combining certain Vitamins it like offsets and doesn't do anything
