  10. Don't worry about the scale bc right now you will stop Water weight and inches off , no one can tell you precisely how long bc everyone is different . I lost 22 lbs while at the hospital post op, I had gb 1-21-13 weighed 368 and now I'm 329 and a month and 11 days post op .... Just focus on getting better and the weight will drop off on its own ..... You can do it stay positive and keep moving around so gas pain and the incision site will take time to heal so just take one step at a time living4myself_gb1-21-13:

    What ya eating tonight?

My doctor says that I doesn't damage your pouch but just means your body is.t ready for soft or puree food or the beans aren't agreeing with you and to try another time, when did you have surgery? Refried beans I was told make sure to liquidify it to the max like runny but what good would that be ? living4myself_gb1-21-13:

    What ya eating tonight?

I was in the hospital and that's the reason you go to a hospital isn't it ? Yes, it made me sick I thought it was clear and the nutritionist I use just cleared me for it ,few days prior but I just tried it Monday and it didn't sit well and landed me in hospital until this morning.... living4myself_gb1-21-13:
  15. I am looking for myself and my friend , is there any affordable nutritionist that does not just print things off the internet and collect their pay when checking in and knows what they are doing...I am having second thoughts on the one I use and my friend is 7+ Yeats post op so we both are looking for a good effective and experienced educated nutritionist....if I have to pay you for information that I could have printed off myself then I'll save both of us money and time, how long do you have to keep going to them ? I'm a month and few days out so it's important to me any suggestions???? living4myself_gb1-21-13:
