  9. Just put on the dress that my grandmother ordered for me. It is a size 14. And to think in February I was in a size 28. I haven't seen a 14 since middle school.

  11. Us bigger people have more to lose so it goes faster in the beginning. I started at 356 right before surgery. Tomorrow is 4 months and I am 251. At one point in the beginning I was losing 2 lbs a day

  13. I went shopping Today in my storage unit and found clothes I thought I would never wear again. Some of them fit and the others were too big!

  15. Had my surgery 2/21/2013. Did not do well pre op. Actually hit my high weight right before surgery at 356. I am proud to say I hit 256 yesterday. 100 lbs in 14 weeks. Now to lose the other 100 lbs.
  16. I just went back on nuvaring. I loved it before so I decided to use it after surgery. It is very eady to put in. It goes in just like a tampon without an applicator. Very easy to get out when needed. I have had no problems with spotting and I don't feel it during sex. It doesn't bother my husband either. And the ligher periods are the best. Went from using pads and tampons to only having to use light tampons.
  17. I too am a fast eater. I make sure to measure all my food and I use a smartphone app called eat slower or slow mow. These apps beep at a set interval to tell you when to take a bite
  18. My husband and I are both only children. I see no problem with it.
  19. I recieved the fitbit one as a pre surgery gift ftom the family. I don't do anything without it. My husband and mother in law both got the zip once they saw mine. Now we have competitions to see who does the best each week. I like my fitbit one and would not trade it for the world
  20. I stopped my hctz the day of surgery. I have had no problems with going off it

  22. I do chew everything to mush...I just do so very fast. Used the app set at 45 seconds this morning and it helped
  23. Eat slower. You set the interval and it chimes every time you should take a bite
  24. Question for everyone. ..how long do you take in between bites of food. I downloaded an app to help me slow down but don't know what I should set it on

  26. Good luck to you. I went in wanting lap band. After seminar I knew I was going to have bypass. My surgery was yesterday. Best decision I have ever made.
  27. A little pain but all in all ok.
  28. Had my RNY today. Best decision I ever made.
