Hi all I am 30 years old will be 31 march 13th and i have went for my first visit with my weight loss surgeon just last week... I went in wanting the sleeve and once I sat through the class and seen the surgeon I've decided to get the bypass its the best option with all my health problems, and my bmi! So I should be on the operating table by the end of march or beginning of April! Good luck to everyone that is having it and I am looking forward to posting my progress:-)

Good luck to you too Tiffany. I was sure I wanted the band when I went to see the surgeon the first time, and he presented all the data - including the success data. I chose the RNY - and after seeing all the people here who tried the band and then and then had to do the RNY in the end - I think we have made the right choice.

Good luck to you. I went in wanting lap band. After seminar I knew I was going to have bypass. My surgery was yesterday. Best decision I have ever made.

Thanks y'all, and just yesterday I got approved so i got my pysch eval to do and one weight management class n all the tests and then that's it! My weight now is 378 goal weight is 150! Hope you are all doin well!!!

I have my pysch eval march 6th then one weight nutrients class n PETA class all in one and then my X-rays etc..... And I'm on the operating table!!! Getting closer everyday!!! I'm so excited;)
