  5. I set mine at 150 and I'm 5'8". I don't think I've weighed that since I was like 2. is seriously be very happy at 170-180. When I dusted once before I hit 190, and felt good!
  6. I don't think that's slow lose at all! I'm at 33 and today is 2 months post op. I think your doing great!

  8. Down to 270.2 this morning, for a total of 33 since surgery and 70 all together. How come I always seem to lose the day after I feel like I eat to much?? I thought for sure id be up today, and then BAM, I'm down!! No rhyme or reason to this sometimes! Anyway, ill take it! I finally get to see the spine surgeon on Thursday this week. Hoping to hear that he will help fix my back. Also hoping to hear SOMETHING from my LTD claims manager! Fingers, (and toes) crossed! Hope everyone is doing great on this Monday morning!
  9. Lookingg really good! Keep it up girl!
  10. I got mine online and it is really good!
  11. Had a salad. Fresh greens, chicken breast pieces, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and peanuts with balsamic vinegar dressing! Was so fresh and good. Will probably have the same thing for supper.
  12. So this am I got really sweaty, dizzy and shaky. My husband said to take my blood sugar and it was 43. If we aren't supposed to have sugar, what is the best way to bring it up? I know what to do if you are diabetic without WLS. I don't want to feel that again!
  13. Nothing for me so far, other than I can't stand shrimp and I used to love it. Had it twice and threw up both times. I couldn't stand crystal light post op at first either, but now it is ok. What bothers you?
  14. Looking good! Nice work! We have very similar stats! My high was 340, surgery weight was 303, surgery date was 4/22/13. I have also lost 31 lbs. Weird huh??
  15. Sorry about your daddy. Please thank him for his service! Thanks for the nice words. All of you have cheered me up tonight and I really needed it! I am so glad I found this site and got to meet some AWESOME people!
  16. Thanks. I have worked at my job for 22 years and have an outstanding record. You would think that would count for something when getting LTD thru the employer. As a veteran, your father shouldn't have had to fight for anything! He would've been given his disability right away! What is wrong these days!
  17. Thanks so much for the kind words. I hope your blessing does come! I don't want to disappoint my daughter.
  18. Thanks krystal. It helps just to vent. I don't want to worry my family with negative, depressing things. Thanks!
