  1. Hey Marla! What's going on? R u gaining a pound or two and then losing it back off? We all do that from time to time. I've read in a lot of places on here and I do the same increase your Protein and Water intake. R u exercising or at least walking? Just stay focused and you'll start losing again! Good luck! Keep us posted.

I need to stay positive! And keep fighting! Been a little depressed this year, can not seem together motivated!

  2. Marla, I am sorry to hear that. I'm at 135 which I guess is a better weight for me or at least my boyfriends says so. But I'm going to try to lose 5 and remain around 130 give or take a few. That is my goal anyways. It's not easy maintain. Really have to watch myself. Although I think my biggest downfall that is hurting me is I quit tracking my intake. So I really need to start tracking again. Again Marla, I am so sorry to hear that about your revision. Does your surgeon have an answer as to why it "failed"

I can eat way too much and have no restriction, I need to exercise more! Thanks for your concern, so glad you lost so much!

  3. I hope the will. I don't understand the issues w the merge. It should have been automatic. Thank you. I'm hanging in between 128-132 and have been since August. You do look great yourself.

Glad you lost so much weight, I have failed! I only lost 20lbs with my revision surgery and gained back 15 already!

  4. Am I the only one who has lost less that 40lbs in 5 months?? I am so discouraged that it is just ridiculous. I had my surgery on Jan 30 2013. Day of surgery I weighed 286 today I weigh 250. I am sooo done. My doctor does not see a problem. Yet I have not found anyone anywhere who has had this procedure and lost so little intially. Please someone tell me that there is someone else out there like me.

    I have only lost 25lbs since 1/14/13, 185 now.....have not lost in 2 months....

  5. Super frustrated to be stalling-knew it would happen at some point' date=' but apparently I also gained a couple pounds! I was even drinking a ton of water...however my Protein intake wasn't too great. That being said, I usually do pretty good with food in the morning, but want to snack in the evening. I know what I "should" do-but darn if I can follow through. :( I'm still exercising, even though what I can do with my knee injury is limited. Where are the days a couple months ago when I just didn't care about food at all???[/quote']

I am in the same boat girl!
