  6. I started the couch to 5 k app. It is going very well! I recommend it to everyone who would like more physical activity. I am signed For my first 5k ever, this July, the color run in Minneapolis. So excited. 6 weeks out, Starting weight was 215, weighed my self today and down to 182.2. It has taken strict eating and exercise, but am actually looking forward to summer fun! I enjoy reading everyone's accomplishments (and hardships) to know I'm not alone.
  7. I had every test on my heart imaginable. My surgeon says spasms should decrease due to no acid reflux. He also said angina may be the cause. I will know next week
  8. Can you do just the nitro? It really worked fast for me.
  9. Me too! I had this surgery, as they said this would stop spasms. I have had more spasms after the surgery was completed. My last appointment, my surgeon said we have no more acid so it should not be spasming. They prescribed me medication to lower blood pressure ( my blood pressure is low already) and nitro to take when I have a attack. So, I hAd an attack the other day, took a nitro and the pain was gone in a minute! Needless to say, I have an appt with the cardiologist next week.
  10. I drink tons! DOS:2/22/3. I drink both protein shakes and about 6-7 bottles if water a day. Nutritionist says this is great. Fluids go right through
  11. I find I'm losing weight in my butt and legs. , stomach, not so much. Pants are big everywhere, but the waist.

  14. How long do we have to open the omerprazole capsule and put on applesauce?

  17. Silly question: do you think if we start losing our hair, how about the hair on our legs? Hope that stops too. ( just a thought).
  18. I am crabby, irritable and ready to run from home! Ugh.
  19. 3 weeks post op last Friday and tonight I had Emily bites buffalo chicken! NUMMY!!! Of course, no shell but the chicken was awesome and I can eat spicy food so happy.
