  1. Hello all amazing people! I agree with everyone that it has taken some time to get on the new site. I just recently became a resident of Onederland! Which is amazingly exciting for me! Been through one boyfriend and on to the next! Below is a picture taken at a formal in December with a few of my best friends from high school. I hope everyone is doing AMAZING!

  2. Hi all you February Post-Ops! I follow the boards but don't post all that often. I've noticed this thread has really slowed down and I'd like to get an update from you all to see how it's going. I've hit a major stall and I know it's because I've started to allow myself more carbs and even a bite of something sweet here and there. I had stopped recording my food in myfitnesspal.com as well. I started back yesterday and am being extremely "mindful" of everything that goes in my mouth. While I feel great and am very happy with my size L/14 body, I am still considered obese on the BMI chart. My ultimate goal would be to reach a weight that is considered healthy on the BMI chart, but my first goal is just to get to the overweight category! lol Let me hear from you all!

    It's so easy to slack off as we become more comfortable with our new self. I avoided the scale during the holidays and put on 5 lbs .. Just "tastings a little of this and that". For me I have to keep myself in check every day... If I don't I know I will fall into old habits. My hair started growing back .. Yay! But it started falling out again this week because of lack of not getting all my Protein in and not taking my Vitamins .. Blah! It's good to remind ourselves that this is a life long journey. It so good to check in now and then and get refueled with the support of others! Good luck all you fabulous February girls!!! (and guys) as we approach our one year anniversaries!


  3. I thought I was doing ok this holiday weekend but I'm up three lbs! Ugh !! It's my own fault, I have been picking at all the leftovers ... A little taste of stuffing or pie. I keep opening the fridge and snacking. :(. It's not the end of the world but it takes so long now to loose 3 lbs. it's a new day and I just need to refocus. I hope everyone else is doing well and having a happy healthy thanksgiving!


  4. Hit 90.1 lbs today. I'm slow going like the rest, but happy overall. I need to start back with the exercise and just stay focused... Holiday stress is around the corner and I don't want to fall into old habits... I think we should all be very proud of ourselves! Everyone looks amazing and we have come so far! Great job fab febs!

  5. Trying to get motivated to loose my last 15-20 lbs. I haven't exercised in 1 month.... Weather and back pain are my excuses. I'm trying to motivate myself and last night I was looking at before and after pictures on Pinterest. I need something I can do at home .. Maybe a video but I don't want to get bored. I have a treadmill but my doctor is not recommending that due to it causing plantar fasciitis . Ugh! Can't join the gym right now due to christmas around the corner... Suggestions welcome... I know what I need to do, I'm just feeling unmotivated and full of excuses.... I don't want to slip into old habits.

  6. I was looking in the closet in the basement and found my step-daughters fitted leather coat her mom bought her 8 years ago. I remember she hated it, never wore it, and when we moved she had it in the goodwill pile. Well, so glad I kept it because now this size 10, really sharp leather jacket fits me!!!!! I'm not even going to tell her. I'm just going to wear it an see if she notices lol!
