  1. So I have been doing the Eat to Live diet for my blog and I have been having wicked bad headaches! Has anyone else had this problem?

  6. I recently broke the 200 pound weight loss mark. I have 60 more pounds till my goal weight. 225lbs. Because I use them. But it is still a good time for anyone who is on the journey.
  7. The fill is interesting. LOL! The nurse has to jab it into the port and mine kept missing! It is kind of surreal getting stabbed repeatedly but it didnt hurt that bad. Just like getting a shot really. They do this in front of an x-ray machine and that s kinda neat. they make you drink barium (again) to make sure the adjustment is good. Im not sore at all and I have know judgment on the after affects because i am on liquids right now. love, peace, and Gary Sinese!

  9. My first fill is today! Which is good because I am going to the beach next week and I dont want to eat too much! I will miss my exercise bike. Keep sweatin fellow banders!

I am a senior at Mason. Is there a men's support group up in Nova? Just wondering! Congrats to all of us for taking this step. Through brotherhood, we can all be the men we want to be!
