  1. I'm a big chip eater well former eater and I've been searching alternatives for like dips and such...would you say homemade baked tortilla chips is okay....everything else seems to be high in carbs
  2. Ok so while i was away at school I was able to get EBT a.k.a foodstamps, I bought my protein powder with cash but I was wondering if anyone knows any great protein drinks I could buy with ebt because as you guys know they can be pretty pricey...

  5. yessssss! lol my stomach was the first thing that started itching and then it just started to spread
  6. I only used them while I was in the hospital and now I'm a little over 3 weeks and just noticed this about a week ago.
  7. At first I tried ignoring the itch but now I'm getting like a cluster of little red bumps on my arm and im itching everywhere! I don't take any pain meds whatsoever and its driving me crazy >_< is this normal? Anyone else have this?

  10. I just had my follow up yesterday and I had those same feelings....not to mention its the middle of winter so I had on layers of clothing...but it went well I had a total lost of 24 pounds...dont worry bc the numbers won't be the same as pre op!
  11. yup my nut also said no pickles until six weeks out..
  12. oh no way too scared...there were doughnuts on the counter and I was thinking "what would happen if I took a bite" then I thought no way lol

  15. My nut told me to not consume a lot of fiber until 6 weeks out....but I didn't ask why she gave me a list of things to avoid if you guys want I can post it
  16. was it dry? I had to put bbq sauce on mine for a little moisture...but everything iwent down fine...it amazes me how nothing bothers me...sometimes I wish something would happen
  17. I probably should have put it on a smaller plate but boy was this yummy...today I started phase 2 and this was awesome... Cornish hen (skinless), mashed potatoes with bacon bits, and asparagus
  18. SOOOO EVERYONE IVE JUST SEEN MY NUT AND SHE SAID GUMMIES WERE ABSOLUTELY OK JUST TO NOT HAVE GUMMIES AS A SOURCE OF ALL OF MY VITAMINS BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR CONTENT BUT A MULTI AND CALCIUM VITAMIN IS OK!
