  1. Tells me that I didn't need the surgery!!!! I understand where they are coming from but it's getting on my nerves....do they honestly think that I would put myself through ALL of this just because?! What really grind my gears is when they don't even educate themselves on the surgery and just assume crap!
  2. Ok so I'm home...now what? For some reason it feels like I forgot everything I was suppose to do!!!
  3. just had my surgery Friday and was on my cycle...Trust me it was not a big deal...they gave me some undies and a pad and the next thing I knew I was waking up from my surgery...I had to have a catheter so I was surprised when I didn't see any panties on but it really wasn't major I'm just telling you this so you would know what to expect...even though they offer you panties and pads I brought my own and once they took my catheter out which was the next day I was able to clean myself and put on my own things...you'll be okay and I wish you well

  7. Please don't psych yourself out like I did! My experience so far is pretty good...when I woke up from the anestisia(sp) I was in so much pain BUT as soon as the nurse gave me my meds it subsided...when I made it to my room I had a little button that I could press that would give me my pain meds but overall the pain is really not that bad I mean it's there and it's noticeable but honestly my back hurts more than my tummy....but you'll be okay!! Good luck!!
