I dont know anyone that has gotten this surgery (until here) and i know Alot of people who have gotten it..... That didnt have doubts about it te week or two before there sugery. Including me! But they are now all very happy they went thru it. As am i. I cant tell u to get it but im sure you wont regret it goodluck to you!

Maybe its still hurting because i still have staples in than. Im so drsperate for sleep i might just deal with the pain and sleep on my side. Hubby goes back to work tomorrkw and i have two 8months old and a three year old... I need my sleep bad!!

I HATE sleeping on my back.. Im wondering how long yall waited to sleep on ur side or stomach? Did you start when it was semi comfortable or did you wait awhile. Im having the worst time sleeping!

I got my surgery on the 3rd. Ive lost 24lbs in two weeks. Recovery is ok. Still in a little pain but it gets better everyday. The protien shakes have been really hard for me to drink but i keep pushing myself. Cant wait to get fully recovered! So i can get to working out and most of all so i can carry and hold my babies again!!

I have tricare once my pcm put the referal in and i met wiyh the surgeon it took two months to get the requirments done. Than i got his earliest surgery apt. I did mine at a military hospital though so that could be why it didnt take as long? Its going to be different for everyone. They let me do all my stuff in a two week time frame because my hubby is going to korea and i wanted to get it done before a certain time. But like i said its going to be different everywhere u go. People are going to requir differen things. Like i just had to do 3nutricion classes, 3phyc evals, orientation, and 1 support group meetinf and i was good to go. Depends on ur surgoen.

Oh and i mean this for people who just got surgery done lol. Im 2weeks out

Beable to play with my 8month old twins and 3year old and not be exausted Fit into booths Clothes Run!! Just have more energy. Go for hikes Soooo many things! The main this is be healthy and to play with my babies!!!

I am 9days out and have lost 19lbs! Dont feel it lol but i couldnt believe it when i saw the scale! I cant wait to keep seeing it go down! Woohooo!

I cant wait until i start feeling like im loosing weight and not gaining. I got my surgery on the 3rd and have lost weight but ive been feeling fatter than i ever have before! Its a little depressing i know its still really early but all my jeans that fit fine before are feeling so tight! My stomach looks like im 9months pregnant im just incredibly uncomfortable. Am i the only one that feels this way after there aurgery? Im feeling pretty down about it ((

Cannot wait for the day i can sit next to hubby in a booth and not have my boobs practically on my plate lol!

I didnt mean to make this sound like i think surgery is a magic pill.. I know what goes into makeing this lifesyle change work. Shoot i was doing arm excersizes in the hospital with the cryatal light bottles lol ive moved up to 5lb weights now. And ive lost 19lbs in the 8days since my surgery. I posted this to see if anyone else felt down after there surgery. And if its normal to feel so bloated and like ur pregnant. Its hard to put my jeans on and them be tight. I know its all in my head but i just wanted to see if i was alone in feeling this way. So sorry if this came off like im expecting to bw skinny tomorrow without hard work.

Thanks i have an apt tomorrow i think to get my stitches out. Im going to ask than. I really feel after getting the surgery that things were not explained like they should have been before thw surgery. Im glad i found this or i would feel completely lost!
