Yes they told me how many calories I'm allowed per day and explained how many servings of carbs, Proteins, fats and vegetables I should have at each meal -

Jan 2nd I have my first appointment with the dietitian and nutritionist. So my six month supervised diet starts. On the 9th , my psych evaluation. On the 29th my first visit with my surgeon. Was anyone else really nervous and excited and scared all at once about every little step?
