My stall happened at the end of week 2 lasted 4 days, now losing again.

I had a lapband to bypass conversion. I'm in my third post op day and second day on juice party liquids. I've been walking and Tylenol liquid takes care of the pain. The worst is the diarrhea. Everything runs thru me. Had a couple of messy accidents. I heard that when its time for shakes' date=' that Constipation starts. Is that true?[/quote']

I didn't have that problem Honey.

I use Lose It and have long before surgery occurred

I love them all at ALSA

Usually when the weight loss stalls your body loose inches. You are completely normal!

That is what the Doctor always told me too

Dr. Higa was my Dr and my surgery date was 11/21/2012. Yes Fresno Heart hospital is awesome

Dr Higa is good, two of my friends had him. I loved Boone too.

Fresno Cali here Dr. Higa from ALSA did my surgery at Fresno Heart and Surgical hospital they are all wonderful took very excellent care of me went in the day before Thanksgiving was out by Friday morning I couldn't drink. 6mnths post opp May 21st SW 228lbs CW 163lbs but I've been diagnosed with under active thyroid which halted my weight loss but started medication on April 5th once put on meds lost 15lbs

I'm from Fresno too but had Dr Boone. I loved them and Fresno Heart Hospital too.

I had Mushroom chicken from Panda Express. Not my favorite, should have went for the shrimp, oh well I got 1/4 cup down before I was full. It was high in Protein and low in calories so that's all good.

I went back right at 2 weeks.

I do all liquid Vitamins from Wellese. I'm on Multi Vitamin, Iron, Vitamin B 12 and Calcium with Vitamin D. Absolutely Love them, beats eating chalk, I would gag on the Calcium Lozenges. From Bariatric Advantage, I couldn't do it anymore.

You had surgery the same day as me, maybe you got a stomach bug, try and keep up on your fluids, so you don't get dehydrated. Feel better soon.

Clovis-Fresno, I am 2 weeks Post Op

I ordered all of mine from Wellese website, all liquids. My surgeons office gave me a sample pack of the liquid and that is 1000% better then the chaulky Vitamins, they make me gag.

I have to take Calcium with Vit D, Vitamin B 12- Iron and Multi Viramin.

I havent ate much but I havent had any problem yet I even ate chinese all I ate was two shrimps and a small peice of chicken I felt fine

My surgery weight was 430 and today I weigh 399.6! I had to tell someone. I haven't weighed under 400# in over 8 years.

Im three weeks and I can have whatever I want just chew chew chew and protien

It's crazy how different all these Doctors rules are. Have you had any problems with any foods?

Does anybody know when in the food stage Salads come into play, Micro Greens, Lettuce, Kale, Spinach ect. I do not see it on any my paperwork, at 5 and 6 weeks I on normal foods, I assume it would be ok then. Today has been 14 days post op and doing puréed foods, which is going well, next is soft foods, them normal foods.

Yes, I go to ALSA Group, Dr. Boone, was my Surgeon, I Love him and his staff, I had surgery on 4/23/13 at Fresno Heart Hospital, all in all I'm very pleased, with my Surgery, and my progress. They took great care of me.
