Wow!!! That is a buddy! I'm dying on this liquid diet! I keep telling myself just 4 more days but I fear the weekend is going to be super hard!

I have heard the Protein shots are not good because they are made from the wrong kind of Protein. I am pn day 4 of liquid diet and I too had a hard time with the shakes I really like the chocolate premier Protein Shakes. You can do this!

Hi everyone! My surgery is on Dec 4th. Just 6 more days to go! The liquid diet is super hard but I'm keeping my eyes on the prize!! So glad I found this place tonight!

Hi! Brand new here. My surgery is Dec 4th in Dallas Tx with Dr. Castro. I am converting from band to bypass.

I'm day 3 of liquid diet and just started crying at the drop of a hat today. I guess it's normal?

I'm still starving. I'm tired and a bit shakey. But only 5 more days. My surgery is Dec 4th. I am converting from lapband to bypass.
