I bought a fitbit and returned it due to inaccuracy. I, of course, bought the fitbit one thinking it would be better than the cheaper one but nope. Gen :-) 12/15/12

Yes, I hear you about the breast. I feel the same. Just remember while working out you are also building muscle. Muscle weights more than fat. So what I'm saying is it may read different on the scale, however you may see it more in your measurements at first or how your clothes fit :-) . But working out is great to rev up those Muscles to burn more for you :-) creating more burning of the fat cells. I use my spanx and did right after I got home. Loved it and it helped so much w the pain by holding tummy in and supporting it :-) I agree w the uncomfortable binder :-( Congrats :-) you're doing great!!! Gen :-) 12/15/12 -

You look great. That is where most people noticed it on me first, the face. However, my clothes have been down sized a size to clothes that I held onto in hopes. I'm so happy that "in hopes" time is here and can't wait til I actually have to buy :-) Gen :-) 12/15/12 -

Holy cow, honey mustard has that many calories in it? That's crazy. I haven't had the mistake yet. But I'm sure we'll all falter. Any thing w honey that you can't measure isn't good, more carbs, calories. I actually feel like I ate to much but I weighed and measured 4oz. Looking back its the first I've eaten 4 oz for a meal. All I've been able to get in was 3oz before. I measure everything. That helps w getting too much. Remember the stomach nerves are still developing or I should say the pouch or new stomach. You might not get the full alert. Plus it takes 20 mins for the full signal to reach the brain before you know your full :-( Belching is my signal. Gen :-) 12/15/12 -

I use MyFitnessPal and set it to track calories protein, carbs, fat, and sodium. Other than that you could keep or write in a daily journal. Gen :-) 12/15/12 -

Maybe the tools did it when they were moving around? Do you generally bruise easily? Your Dr will most likely look at your tummy, so feel free to ask him of the possible cause and any need to worry. However it sounds like its going away. Gen :-) 12/15/12 -

I'd definitely take them at night :-). Do you have a roommate? If so might be easier to sleep when drugged up, lol. I got lucky and didn't have one. Gen :-) 12/15/12

Ketosis is a state out body reaches when we are burning fat as stated earlier due to lack of carbs. It is very common in those on Atkins diet or us :-) I'm happy someone knew so I could look it up for more info. It also states that there's generally a gain in energy too. Ditto on the taste, yuck My feet and hands are freezing. Indeed a plug in mattress pad would b awesome. My daughter needs one too. She had one for her twin bed but I bought her a king now. So she needs a new one too . Gen :-) 12/15/12 -

Thanks for the info didn't know that. I just learned that how all of us complaining we were cold is a part of ketosis too. At the beginning of it, you might sleep too much or have difficulty sleeping. That is good to know cuz I got cold and had difficulty sleeping. Last night was first good night of sleep I've had since surgery. Also might have vivid dreams. Lol, research nut!!! Definitely will try Biotene when I shop this weekend. Gen :-) 12/15/12
