  14. Hey Ladies HUGE question...I know this is personal and tmi but I was wondering if its bad having your aunt flow start during surgery? Because my Surgery in a week from Monday, April 15th and that is the day Aunt Flow is suppose to arrive and I'm thinking how embarrassing its going to be if I am.

  16. That's great, I need to get on the broth so I can change it up I'm getting really sick of the protein shakes. I have not been a happy camper with not being able to eat solid foods. Im just glad my husband isn't here to witness it, but my poor parents are with me and supporting me and my dad is coaching me through everything because he had his gastric bypass 4 years ago and has maintained his weight (Very proud of him). But I am going to keep up with the 3 shakes a day and maybe a broth as substitute for dinner or lunch. thanks so much ladies
  17. How many shakes are you all drinking a day? I have been drinking three a day but yet still going to bed hungry? Should I be drinking more?
  18. Hey Everyone quick question...during the liquid diet pre op how many shakes do you have a day? Today I had four and I'm not sure if that's too less or too much?
  19. What about her weight, did she gain a lot and has she lost the lbs? This is something that I am stressing about, because after my husband gets back from being deployed and I am 18 months post op we want to try and have a baby, but I am scared that I will gain the weight back.
