just found a recipe for the pizza version have you tried that one?
Yep. I use the same recipe. Last night I topped it with a couple tablespoons of homemade pesto, shredded rotisserie chicken breast, halved grape tomatoes and fat free mozzarella and stuck it under the broiler...chicken caprese pizza!

My basic recipe is one cup cooked, chopped, and well-drained cauliflower mixed with one cup low fat cheddar cheese and one egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Spread really thinly on a sprayed sheet tray and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Cut into crackers and crisp under broiler or in toaster oven. So much healthier than tortillas.

Have you tried making cauliflower crackers instead of using chips? I use it for my Pizza Crust, but if you spread it thinner, you can cut the crust into chips and toast them until they are crisp. Almost zero carbs, still crunchy and they go great with dips and cheese.< /p>

Are spices ok for your stomach?
Spices don't bother me at all.

Guys. Gals.We need to remember something. Our pouch is simply one tool in our bag of tricks.
There are two other others. One is our food choices' date=' type and quantity, and our third is exercise.
We can ruin our "tool" by putting too much in it and stretching it.
We need to commit to changing our food lifestyle permanently for long term sucess. That means strictly restrict our carbs...and yes, they taste good. But skinny tastes better.
We severely need to restrict fried foods, bread, rice, potatoes, desserts, empty carbs. You WILL lose weight regardless what you do the first 18 months afrer surgery. But if you don't create new habits now, despite the smaller stomach, your wls will fail you.
If you do fried foods. ..and even when you take off the breading...the food you consume is saturated with the grease it was cooked in. A diet rich in low fat Protein and fruits and veggies will be tough to go overboard on the calories. Its not as tasty. ..but its so much healthier for you.[/quote']
Excellently put.

I was doing pretty well getting at least 70 grams of Protein with 700-800 calories. Then I caught a cold and now I still get my protein but I'm struggling to get more than 700 calories. I just have no appetite and I get full so quickly. Plus I've been getting dizzy every single time I stand up. I think I need to call my surgeons office. This doesn't feel right.

chicken breast can be dry and cause problems. Try legs and thighs from now on.
I only eat chicken breasts (legs and thighs taste too greasy for me). Try marinating it in Greek yogurt or buttermilk, and make sure you don't overcook it. One of the easiest ways is to sear each side over medium high heat in a skillet for 4-5 minutes (you'll know it's seared when it flips without sticking to the pan) and then finishing in the oven for 20 minutes at 375. It comes out juicy every time.

Wow. Sounds delicious
It was! So easy. Everything goes into the oven together and comes out at the same time.

Keratin can cause build up on the scalp for some people. If you start getting that just switch in a clarifying Shampoo every other wash

I use the Sally Beauty Supply version of Wen called hair One. It's less than half the price. It doesn't strip my color and my hair is so soft. I haven't lost any more hair than normal but I swear by the stuff. My hairdresser says I have the healthiest colored hair she's ever seen.

Salmon (which sadly I don't like as much as I did pre surgery) and sliced strawberries.

I tried a single piece of popcorn when I was at the movies last week with my best friend because i love movie theater popcorn. It was nasty! Your tastes may have changed too. I bring a flavored water and a Protein Bar. That way I have my treats too.

Darn it! I gained 2 lbs, it's not that time of the month and I swear my stomach shrank. 2 oz of chicken and I feel sick. What the heck is going on??
