    Sf jello mixed in the plain Greek is supposed to be good..haven't tried it myself...when I went thru chemo I would mix reg strb jello(already made) with strb yogurt...Was the only thing I could really eat....leave it to me to be the person who didn't get skinnY going thru cancer treatment lol..go figure!

    Oh it looks like I'm a fibber lol..sw is 262 not 266....damn it looks like I lost more than I actually did...but Hell I'll take it! I think slow and steady is the way to go! I don't think the skin will sag so much...?? How tall are you worm? I'm 5'8..I'm shrinking lol..i used to be 5'9

    Good luck...yes it's very hard to quit..i still crave a smoke sometimes..I've been having a hard time taking the chsntix now cuz it seems to make me dump now

So I've been feeling the same as many of you...wishing the scale would move a little faster but a long as its not going the other way I'm trying to remain positive....7wks out and seeing 26 lb loss...I'm trying not to compare to the ones who are down 40 in a few short Weeks....i have noticed tho that the days I work hard at getting more calories and even an extra 10 min of exc does make the scale move...yesterday was one of those days and I felt I was eating (grazing) all day but this morning I'm down 2lbs from yesterday...and no I don't weigh everyday but was checking if what I was doing was working...its good to shake up your metabolism....

  13. At my last appt. The nutritionist was looking over my food journal and I was getting around 85 g protein and around 800 calories..she told me to drop my protein down some...she recommends 65g....i wish I would have asked more questions..she did say you can get too much protien but for the life of me I can't remember what she said too much can do....today when I looked at my totals I had 112g protien and about 1000 cal...wow I've never had that much...i should have skipped the protein bar I had for a snack (20g)...
  14. Hmmm...could be..did you eat it pretty fast? Did you drink anything afterwards? Dumping happens when it's pushed to fast to lower intestine
  15. Ok kids, when they tell you to advance and start adding done veggies...be very careful to chew chew chew when it comes to carrots! I had that momentary brain lapse and didn't chew good enough...sure hope the papaya breaks up this carrot soon cuz I can't bring it up....holy moly =-O

    Talk to your Dr and your gyno...maybe with all the hormone changes you would have to go on the pill? Idk..sucks though
