  1. I received my box from elli'smommy today. I received a blender bottle, sugar-free Ice Breakers, a puzzle book, an Atkins snack bar, Popchips, Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters, almonds, Bath & Body Works body lotion and even a toy and bag of treats for my cat. Thank you Christian!
  2. 1 is tiny, 1 is about the size of a round 500 milligram Tylenol and the others are capsules that I had to open with scissors.
  3. I hated my cpap, I ended up returning it because I was not sleeping well while using it.
  4. Try turning your phone sideways. I just did that with my iPod, scrolled down and it stayed where I wanted it to.
  5. Taco insides are tacos without the shell.
  6. I did 40 laps today and had no problem with nausea!
  7. 16 laps in the pool, wanted to do more, but for some reason I get sea sick if I do too much. I never had this problem before surgery.
  8. I got my package today. I got 2 protein bars, a stainless steel water bottle, and a lunch cooler. Thank you, Mary.
  9. I had it for 1 month back in October, but had to switch to Coventry because they would not pay for my surgery at my hospital.
  10. Last week 231, this week 226
  11. I was never told I had to crush my pills, but I did it anyways for about 1 week. After that, I swallowed them whole and have not had any problem. I am almost 3.5 months out.
  12. I started taking biotin a couple months before my surgery. I know exactly what you mean about the Fall Fight shampoo and conditioner, I used it twice and both times I lost more hair than with regular shampoo and conditioner. I was only two months post-op the first time and about 2.5 months post-op the second time. I got rid of it and will never use it again.
  13. Starting weight 6/7/2012 332, surgery weight 12/4/2012 276, today's weight 3/6/2013 231
  14. She already has, look for the stream titled "What I received from my pen pal".
  15. Was I supposed to get just one name or two?
  16. My nut said if you must have a soda, pour it in a glass, stir until there are no more bubbles, then leave it sit overnight. Too much work, if you ask me.
  17. It is actually 5,000 micrograms, not milligrams.
  18. I saw my bill online today. It was $60,000+ and all I will have to pay is $9 for "room & board".
  19. I'm doing ok, except that I am worried that I will wake up before the breathing tube is removed. I had knee surgery 10 years ago and had that happen.
  20. Thank you. Unless my hospital has free wifi (highly doubtful) I won't be able to get online until I get home.
  21. I have to be at the hospital at 8:45 tomorrow morning, so that means my surgery will be around 10:45 am
  22. My nutritionist recommended Centrum Chewables. If you buy these, make sure they are NOT Centrum Silver as they don't have iron.
