I received my box from elli'smommy today. I received a blender bottle, sugar-free Ice Breakers, a puzzle book, an Atkins snack bar, Popchips, Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters, almonds, Bath & Body Works body lotion and even a toy and bag of treats for my cat. Thank you Christian!

I was never told I had to crush my pills, but I did it anyways for about 1 week. After that, I swallowed them whole and have not had any problem. I am almost 3.5 months out.

I started taking biotin a couple months before my surgery. I know exactly what you mean about the Fall Fight shampoo and conditioner, I used it twice and both times I lost more hair than with regular shampoo and conditioner. I was only two months post-op the first time and about 2.5 months post-op the second time. I got rid of it and will never use it again.

My nut said if you must have a soda, pour it in a glass, stir until there are no more bubbles, then leave it sit overnight. Too much work, if you ask me.

My nutritionist recommended Centrum Chewables. If you buy these, make sure they are NOT Centrum Silver as they don't have iron.
