Amerihealth Mercy?

Does anyone have Amerihealth Mercy in PA. And if so, what hoops have you had to jump through, how long did it take to get approved? And any other info you could provide would be awesome.

    I had it for 1 month back in October, but had to switch to Coventry because they would not pay for my surgery at my hospital.

    I have it and my mom and my sister and were all gettting the sugery.my mom got approved right away no hoops and were pretty sure we will too
