Why is it a big deal to tell or not tell people? Excuse my French but 'F' them all, your trying to improve your way of life m. Be proud of itself and your decision to change your life and be healthy. If the cant support you then screw them you don't need negative people in your life. Focus or positive ones god has put in front of you.

You are stunning. I'm 4 weeks post op today. Lost 38 since surgery with the 33 I lost prior for a total of 71 lbs 95 more to go.

Isn't 9 oz of Protein Shake a bit much for the full Fluid stage? I was under impression that we should only be doing 1/4 cup to a 1/2 cup since the shake is considered a meal

I'm 2 weeks post op from open RNY. Lost 27 lbs and lost 33 lbs pre op since July for total of 60 lbs

We didn't gain all our weight in weeks or months. It took years even decades. It will come off I hear there are ups and downs. I'm only 12 post op but it seems like its a journey not a vacation. We will all get there as long as we stay strong and postitive and keep moving forward.

Anyone know if u can suck on sugar free candies at this stage just for some flavor at times

Sf Jello cottage cheese 1% reduced fat, I use frozen fruit in my shake some recipes also have oh with 50/50 Water, no sugar added mandrin oranges pineapples.

Wish I could sip in my sleep, would help get all fluids in

My nutritionist said its from blending to long. Need just hit boast or on off for 30 sec to avoid

It's when I'm asleep and wake up, can't sip when asleep lol

Have dry mouth in middle of night and in morning

Just had my drain pulled Thursday I gotta say mine was a werid pain lasts few days and I've had no pain or pills after my open RNY

I know my doc said not to use Gummy. That they don't break down as well

Having trouble getting 4 bottles of Water down in a day. I'm one week out from surgery and have list 18.6 lbs. is there an amount of time you need to wait between sips?
